Shipping policy

Online orders and in-store orders are processed and dispatched within one week.

For standard delivery on online orders we post these Monday - Wednesday to avoid any chance of the plant sitting in the postal depot over the weekend. Once dispatched it usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive.

For special delivery we can post these Monday - Friday and the order will arrive the next working day.

Free in-store collection is also available, this option will be given to you at checkout and an email notification will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect.
