Shipping + Collection
All of our postage packaging is recyclable, biodegradable or reuses packaging material.
With each plant order we give a care guide. As every home environment is different the guides aren't 100% accurate but we hope they will give you a general step in the right direction! Feel free to ask us any questions before ordering.
Online and in-store orders are processed and dispatched within one week.
We post orders Monday - Wednesday to avoid any chance of plants sitting in the postal depot whilst they close over the weekend. Once dispatched it usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive. Let us know before ordering if you're looking for the delivery to arrive by a certain date.
Free in-store collection is also available, this option will be given to you at checkout and an email notification will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect. As these are live products we ask that the collection is made within 3 days. If you are unable to collect within a week we may cancel the order, please let us know if something comes up.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns as plants are delicate live products, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you have any issues or decide to cancel your order. After items are despatched they cannot be cancelled.
If an item arrives damaged please take photos so we query this.
Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.
